Zbigniew (Ziggy) Mirek

My name is Zbigniew (Ziggy) Mirek I was born in Poland in 1965. I finished all my education in Poland. After graduating I enlisted in the army and 4yrs later I started working for the police department. In 1999 I moved to United States and here I started my adventure with Tae Kwon Do at Changs Martial Arts Academy, on Milwaukee Avenue under Master LanreLawanson. There I accomplished my black belt.For many years I have been competing inTae Twon Do tournaments , where I have won various medals and trophy’s. One of my biggest accomplishments was winning grand champion in sparring. For many years I have been teaching other students under Master LanreLawanson’s supervision. Currently I have the 4th degree black belt and registered at Ku Ki Won World Tae Kwon Do Federation.
